To mark International Women's Day, Bollywood debutant Sharvari, who is going to be seen opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi in 'Bunty Aur Babli 2', has posted a heartfelt wish for her screen idol Rani Mukerji on Monday. Sharvari credited Rani for giving audiences, including her, a number of the foremost memorable women role models through Rani's choice of characters.

Sharvari took to her Instagram story and posted an image with the 'Mardaani' star. Alongside the image, she wrote, "I have idolized tons of girls characters who I even have seen on the large screen and invariably most of these women are played by none aside from Rani ma'am! So, on women's day, this is often my appreciation post for her. many thanks for uplifting me to be an actor."

"It was such a dream come true for me! Happy women's day to all or any the babli's out there!" she concluded.

Sharvari's debut is touted to be one of the most important launches in Bollywood this year. 'Bunty Aur Babli 2', produced by Yash Raj Films, is about to release on April 23. Sharvari and Rani will share the screen together with within the film also. The film, in an exciting casting coup, also reunites Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji and can present them because of the original 'Bunty Aur Babli'. 

As for Rani, on Monday, the actor opened about how women should ensure to support more women in every department of film-making within the male-driven Indian movie industry.

The 42-year-old actor, who has presented audiences with a number of the foremost loved women protagonists on screen, through her performances in films like 'Black', 'Hichki', 'Mardaani', 'No One Killed Jessica', among many others, spoke about why women got to empower one another more in cinema.

"In my journey within the Hindi movie industry, I even have realized that the facility is with the ladies to vary the perception about how women are represented in every aspect of film-making. we've to support one another, root for every other, and empower one another in order that the road is smoother for others who want to form a reputation for themselves within the male-driven industry," Rani said.
